ACTS, LLC was founded on June 10, 2016 by Gasenia Moore. She has 30 plus years in the transportation service industry and received her Director of Safety Certification on September 16 of 2013. She is responsible for the continuous development of safety policies and procedures as well as effective implementation of those policies. ACTS consistently strives to foster and maintain an effective workplace safety program and culture.  In addition, Mrs. Moore seeks to significantly influences the company's overall performance in the area of Federal Motor Carriers Safety Administration. ACTS, LLC is a family owned and operated corporation. Team members include Bianca Fenn, Office Manager and Erica White, Safety Manager.
